She seems so normal... friendly and helpful, you know? All upbeat and positive. But who would have thought she was so cynical and manipulative and clever? They say a man's face is his autobiography, but a woman's face is her work of fiction.

How right you are. I must remember these sentiments, too.
Sometimes it's the quietest acts of courage that end up speaking the loudest.
